THE PRICE - An analysis needs to be made as to whether you are a price or time based seller. Regardless, it is important to price your home competitively to other competing properties. I will provide you with comprehensive information as to the current state of the market and strategies for pricing your property.
THE MARKETING PLAN - My marketing plan is designed to ensure that your property is exposed to the widest audience - qualified buyers both local and abroad - to generate the most interest in your home.
In particular, a large number of North Shore purchasers are investing from overseas. Through my previous corporate travels and being a part of the Globally inter-connected Sotheby's Realty network I have developed relationships with international realtors and investors from parts such as Europe, the Middle East, China and Australia.
During this phase I will also arrange:

- Public open houses in consultation with you
